Finding help for family's mental health concerns can be difficult. The counseling staff has put together a list of local agencies.
Bath Salts and K2 (Spice)
The use of synthetic drugs, primarily Bath Salts and K2 (Spice), is on the rise nationwide. It is our goal to make parents aware of the correct information regarding their use, the dangers and how to get help from a local agency if needed. Parents and students should also be reminded that being under the influence of or possessing these synthetic drugs is a violation of the STCS zero tolerance policy. All drug related violations also require a report to the police. In this section of the website, you will find helpful information provided by The NIDA (National Institute on Drug Abuse) and The Partnership at DRUGFREE.ORG.
