School Bond Election - Tuesday, November 6 

On November 6, 2007, voters in Saginaw Township Community Schools will be asked to approve a bond issue for basic building improvements at all school facilities.  This program focuses on health, safety, security, environmental and accessibility upgrades to our buildings.

Highlights of the Bond

• "Safe, Warm, & Dry" schools / Basic Improvements
• Community input formed basis for Bond 2007 projects
• Reduction in cost from May 2006 bond program by 60%
• Structured to restore millage to 2.5 mills where it has been from 1985 - 2005
• Technology Upgrades including new computers, phone system, other technology equipment, and an allowance for capital equipment (copiers, furniture, etc.) at each facility
