ATTENTION ALL SAGINAW TOWNSHIP COMMUNITY SCHOOLS ALUMNI
  (MacArthur, Eisenhower, Heritage)   

By now most of you have received a post card from Harris Publishing asking you to verify your latest alumni information (your bio) and call the Alumni Hotline.  This is not a gimmick or trick to get you to purchase something you may not want.  These post cards are being sent to over 17,000 STCS Alumni from the three schools for the purpose of putting together the latest Alumni Directory.  This directory will be made available this coming October and is a very useful tool in gathering information about your fellow alumni.  One of the best uses of this book is to find out where your classmates reside when it comes to reunion time.

Please take the time (at no cost to you unless you purchase the directory) to update your Bio, you are under no obligation whatsoever to do anything further but let your classmate and friends know where you are and how to contact you.  You will receive information in the near future on how to purchase this directory so again I ask that on behalf of all Saginaw Township Community Schools Alumni and the Saginaw Township Community Schools Foundation that you follow through with getting your current Bio to Harris in the time frame they ask.  Do not be alarmed that they say "Urgent, time sensitive request", this only means Harris is working on putting the directory together and has a deadline to finish.  You can update your information by calling Harris at 1 (800) 267-4095.

Dear Alumni
We are pleased to continue our dialog with the alumni from Eisenhower, Heritage and MacArthur High Schools. In an effort to keep our graduates informed on news from the home front, we will use this website as a bulletin board of important information. Long after our initiative to meet the Saginaw Township Community School/Kresge Challenge is over, we will continue to publish interesting stories of alumni and teachers as well as news from school.

The STCS Alumni Bulletin Board will include vital information on class reunions. Just let us know when your reunion will be and we will post the information for free. KRESGE CHALLENGE
In 1992, the Saginaw Township Community Schools (STCS) established an educational foundation. The purpose of the foundation is to support the schools beyond what tax dollars can provide. In the year 2001, the Saginaw Township Community Schools became one of 24 organizations in Saginaw County to participate in the Kresge Foundation "Partnership To Create Community Capital" challenge grant program. The STCS Foundation established a goal of raising $400,000 within a three year period. By reaching that goal by January 4,2005, the Kresge Foundation will award the STCS Foundation one-third matching monies. The reward for a successful campaign will amount to $133,000.
