Heritage Music Boosters!
The Heritage Music Boosters are dedicated to promoting and supporting choral, orchestral, and band programs at Heritage High School.
Our main fundraising activity is selling concessions at HHS athletic events. We encourage you to volunteer at these events to help us raise funds.
You can also support us through Kroger Community Rewards by selecting “Heritage Music” or using organization number VS592.
Additionally, we hold a Butter Braids fundraiser, where the earnings go directly into the student’s Music Booster Account.
For meeting minutes or any questions about our operations, please email us at HeritageMusicBoosters24@gmail.com.

Concessions
Concessions is the primary fundraiser for the Heritage Music Boosters. Funds raised through concessions allows us to purchase equipment and other things needed by the band, choir, and orchestra. The concession stands at home sporting events are staffed by Music Booster volunteers and parents of band, choir, and orchestra members.
Concessions workers information:
Rules for earning concessions credit:
Only students, family members and friends qualify to earn credit towards a student's own fees.
Credit can only be used for Heritage High School Music Department-sanctioned fees and activities (i.e. ensemble fees, music banquet tickets, instrument supplies and repairs, etc.) If a student drops music, the credit will be returned to the Music Boosters General Account or transferred to a sibling account. No cash payments will be made outside of the program.
You must be on the schedule to work for credit, exceptions at the discretion of the concessions manager.
Scheduling will be done on a first come/first work basis.
Two no-shows and you will be removed from the schedule for the remainder of the school year. If you will not be there on your scheduled time, please contact us.
It is the workers responsibility to sign in for the credit to be earned.
All workers must be at the concession stand at their scheduled time.
$7.50 will be credited for each hour of commitment.
When you work concessions, you must wear a hair net or any kind of hat.
One beverage and one food item will be provided for one full shift of work.
White Pine music Department students are eligible to work in concessions and earn credit for use when at Heritage Hight School. Students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their shift. This is in keeping with the current district policy.
