Volunteer Forms

1. If you are volunteering at any of the Saginaw Township schools for any activity, a volunteer form MUST be filled out: Volunteer Application Form

2. If you are volunteering to be a Driver, the Volunteer Driver Information
Sheet MUST also be filled out:  Volunteer Driver Form 

All completed forms can be dropped off at the Board of Education Office or sent to:  Saginaw Township Community Schools, Human Resources, PO Box 6278, Saginaw, MI  48608 or jkemmend@stcs.org. The form(s) must be approved before any volunteer activity can begin.
