ONLINE ENROLLMENT

Current or new families that are enrolling a student or those enrolling for Kindergarten have to enroll using the on-line registration below.  All documents can be uploaded using a scan or photo from your device.  Please note, it is STCS's policy, that even if the birth certificate is uploaded on line, the original will still be required to be brought into the office when you come in to sign your application.

If you do not have a computer or need help to register on-line, you may call any school office or Central office at 989-797-1800.

-Enrollment will not be complete until the required documents are uploaded or delivered in-person.-

Required documents to finalize enrollment:

     • Birth Certificate – original 

     • Proof of residency – driver's license or state ID and 1 additional document such as gas/electric bill, mortgage statement, lease or property tax bill

     • Immunization records

     • DK & Kdg only: must have a vision and hearing test (please call the Health Dept. at 989-758-3890 to make an appt.)  Must have a dental health screening within 6 months of starting school (please call a dentist or hygienist to make an appt.) Click here to access the form that MUST be taken to the dentist.

FREE AND REDUCED MEALS APPLICATION:  Please note, every qualified application helps determine federal funding for STCS.  Fewer applications = fewer federal dollars for our schools, so remember to submit your application when they become available.  Everyone will be notified when the application will be open.
